We launched this company with a simple hope: that people would try my specialty pozole during the holidays and taste the care and heritage behind every bowl. What began as a seasonal offering shared with neighbors and at family gatherings slowly grew as word spread and people asked for more—friends requesting extra servings, relatives asking for a portable version, and neighbors suggesting we expand the menu.
